We hired Simply Pro Painting to paint our home and it was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. From the moment we met Arnulfo, the owner, we were impressed — his professionalism and confidence in his work were immediately evident, and honestly, we didn't even bother getting additional bids. That's how muchhe impressed us right from the start. Along with his talented team, Julian and Adrian, they delivered exceptional results. The crew was punctual, hardworking, and professional throughout the entire project. The quality of their work was excellent, and when the job was done, they left the place in pristine condition — not a trace that they had even been there, except for the beautiful finished product. We highly recommend Simply Pro Painting to anyone looking for painters who truly take pride in their craft. Arnulfo and his team are the real deal!

We highly recommend Mendiola and his crew. Outstanding job! Great attention to detail, thoughtfully explained any issues (i.e. siding that was in poor shape), super focused and enthusiastic about the job at hand, and very receptive to feedback and questions from us. Best of all… they scraped and refinished our front porch, in addition to painting the house, that now looks better than when we bought the house. Grateful for this hard working crew.

The Simply Pro painting team did an excellent job on the exterior of our house. Arnulfo assessed what areas needed to be painted, provided a timely estimate, and followed through on the work. His team was professional and hardworking, and cleaned up at the end of each day. In addition to the paint touch up, they refinished our front porch. Arnulfo's consultation and recommendations were excellent!

I met Arnulfo when he was standing in my driveway making an estimate on my neighbor's house. He was very polite and personable, so I asked him if he would give me an estimate on painting our kitchen. Later, he took a look at the job. I was impressed with his knowledge of the work to be done and he sent his estimate ina timely manner. We agreed upon a start date selected at a convenient time for us. Arnulfo and Julian arrived on time. They spent considerable time prepping prior to painting. A small water damaged area was repaired beautifully. Our cherry wood cabinets and hardwood wood floors were expertly taped off and covered with paper, insuring that they would be fully protected. After the job was completed, I couldn't see anything that needed to be done or fixed. The room was beautiful! I have done a lot of painting on our old Portland home over the last forty years, but never again. I will hire Simply Pro for any future work and can highly recommend Arnulfo to anyone seeking exemplary, highly professional workmanship.

Can't say enough good things about the work Simply Pro Painting did for us. They painted two home offices for us, one of which we had color drenched, and did an amazing job. Very reasonably priced, great communication, and speedy turnarounds. We will definitely have these guys back for any future projects!

If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. I painted my exterior house when it was new to save a little cash… stupid move… these guys came in and showed me how pros do it! The cost was VERY reasonable and Arnulfo was so easy to work with. He was super responsive, and very available, even a few times after hours to work out the plan and timing. I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm busy these days, so communicating via text or email really made a difference. I'll have them back for interior painting this winter for sure. This is no joke and not a paid review, these guys are the real deal. They showed up when the said they would and worked til dark.

Do you want your kitchen cabinets look new again? Look no further than Simply Pro. They did a fantastic job on my kitchen cabinets! My cabinets were chipped and peeling, and now they look better than when they were new. Very professional from start to finish. I plan on using them again. See my pictures for before and after.

Arnulfo is awesome to work with and super responsive! They did a great job pressure washing, caulking, and painting — sanding down and priming areas where the paint was chipping. Will definitely work with again!

Three HOA letters later, I needed a miracle—and Arnulfo and Simply Pro team delivered one with speed and precision! From the first call to the final brush stroke (less than 72 hours from first call), these guys were absolute pros. The team worked fast, kept every line sharp and clean, and left zero mess behind. My trim, facial board, and garage door look brand incredible—and the HOA can finally leave me alone! Excellent quality, fair price, and total peace of mind. 10/10 Highly recommend!
